Retina Lleshi

Retina Lleshi is currently serving as HR and Talent Acquisition at IKONS since November 2022, contributing to a multidisciplinary team that specializes in software development and digital transformation. Prior experience includes recruitment at Profesionisti from December 2021 to November 2022 and a role as Human Resources Assistant at AlbChrome shpk, where support in talent acquisition and employee assistance was provided. Earlier, Retina engaged in project management at the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Tirana, specifically focusing on the WIFI-AUSTRIA Project. Education includes ongoing studies in European Studies, International Relations and Affairs at Middle East Technical University, alongside previous degrees in Business Administration from the same institution and the University of Tirana.
