Lia Zampetoglou

Lia Zampetoglou has several years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on people experience and training. Lia is currently the Director of People Experience at both Ikos Resorts and Sani Resort since October 2020. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Learning and Development at INSETE, where they organized and implemented training programs for hospitality professionals. Prior to that, Lia was the Training Manager at Costa Navarino from 2010 to 2014, where they created and delivered training courses for various divisions of the resort. Lia also served as the Training Manager at Sani SA from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Personnel Manager at Radisson Edwardian in 2007 and as a Bar & Restaurant Manager at Sani SA from 2005 to 2006.

Lia Zampetoglou completed a Systems Thinking degree in Project Management at Cornell University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Hospitality Management & Business Administration from the Glion Institute of Higher Education between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, they achieved a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD Qualifications and an Associate's degree from Manchester College of Arts & Technology. The specific dates for these last two qualifications are unknown.
