Kfir Cohen has extensive experience in marketing, retention, and analysis across various companies. At ODDITY, Kfir is currently the SVP Engagement & Retention, overseeing the retention strategy for IL MAKIAGE in the US and Europe. Prior to that, at 888holdings, Kfir held multiple roles including Marketing and Acquisition Director, Mass Market Programme Manager, Internal Marketing Group Manager, Monetization and Social Team Leader, and CRM and Brand Team Leader. Kfir also has experience in freelance business analysis consulting and as Head of Loyalty and Retention Marketing Department at YES DBS Satellite Services Ltd. Kfir holds a BA in Economics & Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Cognition Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
