Humera Sheikh

Humera Sheikh is a dedicated behavioral health therapist at the Illumination Foundation since December 2017, where collaboration with a team focuses on supporting individuals overcoming homelessness and striving for stability. Additionally, Humera has been an intern at Molina Healthcare since January 2017, contributing to the Research and Development Department by revamping an internal electronic newsletter for over 20,000 employees. Previous experiences include working as a summer camp counselor for special needs children at the YMCA of San Diego County and serving as an administrative assistant at the Islamic School of San Diego, supporting educational initiatives. Humera holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of San Diego.
