L. Michelle Marsh

L. Michelle Marsh has extensive experience in behavioral health, currently serving as a Behavioral Health Therapist IV and Program Manager at Monarch since March 2010, with previous roles including Lead Behavioral Specialist and Behavior Specialist. In addition to managing behavioral health programs, L. Michelle began working as a Mary Kay Independent Consultant in February 2024. L. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (2015-2018) and multiple degrees from Kaplan University, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and an Associate of Science in Business Management.
