Emmanuelle Vaudoyer

Emmanuelle VAUDOYER currently serves as General Counsel and Board Secretary at Imerys since May 2023, overseeing compliance and managing an international team. Prior to this role, VAUDOYER spent nearly a decade at Club Med, from March 2014 to May 2023, focusing on risk management, compliance, and public affairs while leading the group legal department. Earlier experience includes a tenure as General Counsel at AXA Private Equity - ARDIAN, where responsibilities encompassed corporate governance, investment structuring, and managing an international team amidst significant growth. VAUDOYER's career also includes legal roles at LVMH Media Group and Clifford Chance, with expertise in M&A, commercial contracts, and intellectual property. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Connecticut, a DEA in International Law from Aix-Marseille University, and a diploma from HEC Executive Education in Finance.
