Cecile Matchett

Cecile Matchett, CPM, currently serves as a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Imperial Manufacturing Group, where responsibilities include executing payroll, managing time and attendance, and overseeing the year-end process. Previously, Cecile was a Payroll Specialist at BioScript Solutions, managing payroll for over 800 employees and ensuring compliance with employment standards. Additional roles include Payroll and HR Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant, where Cecile developed payroll policies, administered benefit programs, and facilitated employee relations. Prior to that, Cecile's experience includes administrative roles at ExxonMobil, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, and Circle K, which provided a strong foundation in payroll processing, financial management, and compliance. Cecile holds a diploma in Accounting and Payroll from Eastern College and further education from the University of New Brunswick.
