Ben Gadsby

Ben Gadsby is currently the Head of Policy and Research at Impetus, where Ben aims to improve education and employment outcomes for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Prior to this, Ben held positions at Bright Blue, Teach First, Policy Research Unit, Tower Hamlets Council, Centre for Mental Health, and Thurrock Council, where Ben focused on education policy, research, and political advising. Ben also worked at Harveys Furnishing as an Accounts Assistant/Assistant Management Accountant.
