Elena Haskins

Elena Haskins is a Senior Research Associate at Impossible Foods, with prior experience as a Research Associate at the same company. Before joining Impossible Foods, Elena worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Packaging Engineer and previously held the role of Drug Discovery and Development Intern. In this intern position, Elena investigated the structural integrity of proteins and bacteriophages and developed new antibody selection methods. Earlier in the career, Elena served as an Undergraduate Research Geneticist at the USDA-Purdue University Soybean Center, focused on soybean reproduction and environmental impact studies. Additionally, Elena was a Special Project Facilitator at Atlas Putty Products Co., overseeing packaging quality control. Elena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Purdue University.
