Thibaud Verschoor

Thibaud Verschoor has a diverse work experience. Thibaud started their career in 2013 as a Project Manager for the Inspiration Mars Project at The Mars Society. In the same year, they were an Internship Turbocharger theoretical designer at BorgWarner. In 2015, they were a Propulsion Intern at SpaceX and also a Co-Founder and Head of Product at IMSystems. At IMSystems, they were responsible for new business acquisition, sales and marketing. At SpaceX, they designed and tested multiple components of the turbopump system which were implemented in the rocket. At BorgWarner, they redesigned the high-speed core balancer used to test the balance of a turbocharger's compressor and turbine at operational rotational velocities.

Thibaud Verschoor has a strong educational background. Thibaud obtained their International Baccalaureate from Rijnlands Lyceum in 2009. Thibaud then attended Delft University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering in 2013 and a Master of Science in Flight Performance and Propulsion in 2018.
