Agustina Maga

Agustina Maga has extensive experience in Human Resources, beginning in 2010 when they were hired as a Human Resources Assistant at Kimberly-Clark. In this role, they managed payroll processes, payroll run, updates in databases, process payments, benefit administration, and provided guidance regarding local taxes. In 2015, they joined ExxonMobil as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they coordinated the pre-employment process for Argentina, Brazil & Guyana, updated and followed up in the internal ATS, and coordinated medical exams, updates in SAP, verbal & formal offer, and request of legal documentation. Agustina also held the role of HRBP - Expatriate Advisor, where they were the global HR contact for expatriate employees, and managed the end to end expatriate process. In addition, they were a Global Mobility Analyst & Expatriate Services, where they were responsible for analysis & control of mobility expenses, account reconciliation, and invoice payment. In 2021, they joined Rockwell Automation as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they were a team coordinator, focal point for Argentina office, and supported leaders with HR local processes. Most recently, in 2022, they joined In All Media as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Agustina Maga attended UADE from 2008 to 2015, where they earned their Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos with a focus on Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos.
