Yvonne Bruinsma

Yvonne Bruinsma, Ph.D. BCBA-D has extensive work experience in the field of autism services. Yvonne currently serves as a Board Member for The Council of Autism Service Providers. In 2010, they founded the organization In STEPPS, where they hold the position of CEO and Founder. In 2018, Yvonne also founded In STEPPS Academy. Prior to these roles, they worked as Clinical Director at Behavioral Support Partnership from 2006 to 2010. Yvonne's earlier career includes being a functioneel leidinggevende at Rivierduinen Centrum Autisme from 2004 to 2006. Yvonne also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at UCSB from 1998 to 2004 and gained initial experience as an intern at Fairview DC in 1997.

Yvonne Bruinsma, Ph.D. BCBA-D completed their education as follows: Yvonne obtained a Ph.D. in Special Education from UC Santa Barbara in 1999-2004. Prior to this, they earned a master's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Leiden University in 1994-1996.
