Romina Russ

Romina Russ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as Team Leader Recruiting at in-tech GmbH since September 2015, Romina has advanced through roles of Senior Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager, specializing in application management, conducting interviews, labor law, social media communication, and HR marketing, while also overseeing training for the "commercial assistant" apprenticeship program. Prior to this, Romina completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk at Georg Börner GmbH & Co. KG from August 2010 to July 2012. Romina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, attained between 2012 and 2016.
