Shaela Cooper

Shaela leads Incentra’s employee recognition clients to increase employee engagement and sales incentive clients to greater sales growth and customer loyalty.

Shaela has been with Incentra for over 10 years, starting as an office assistant and quickly moving into her current position. Prior to moving to Cleveland, Shaela earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
