Marcelo Silva

Marcelo Silva has extensive work experience in auditing and finance. Marcelo began their career at Deloitte Chile as a Senior Consultant, where they conducted audits for various industries. Marcelo then joined Unilever as a Team Leader, responsible for accounts receivable management. At Sonda, a leading IT services company, Marcelo served as the Head of Internal Control, implementing a remote control model. Marcelo further enhanced their auditing and finance skills at PepsiCo, where they held roles such as Treasury Manager for the South Cone region and Credit Chief. Marcelo also worked as the Controller Manager at IMCRUZ, a role in which they led regional audits and implemented improvement projects. Currently, Marcelo holds the position of Head of Internal Audit for the Americas at Inchcape plc.

Marcelo Silva earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Universidad de Chile in 2011-2012. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing from Universidad Diego Portales in 1997-2001.
