Jennifer Piela

Jennifer Piela possesses extensive experience in care coordination within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Care Coordinator Lead at Included Health since July 2022 and previously holding the position of Interim Care Coordinator Lead, Jennifer has demonstrated leadership and expertise in care management. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Grand Rounds Health from March 2019 to October 2021 as a Senior Care Coordinator and Front Care Coordinator 2. Jennifer’s experience also includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Sasseville Chiropractic Wellness and as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. Jennifer holds an Associate's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from Ultimate Medical Academy, completed between 2013 and 2015.
