Joel Irizarry

Joel Irizarry has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being as the Senior Director of Delivery Management at InComm Payments. In this position, they led the business operations team and was responsible for implementing efficient systems and processes for IT project requests. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Product & Operations, where they managed the loyalty and incentives organization following a company merger, realigned team structures, and improved vendor management. Before that, they built a cohesive team of product and operations managers to oversee the distribution of gift card products. Joel also worked as a Senior Product & Account Manager, where they commercialized gift card solutions and established successful product launches at major retailers. Joel began their career as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager, where they spearheaded international projects and facilitated communications between different countries. Joel also has experience working at AT&T as a Project Manager, where they led a team in migrating content files to a new platform.

Joel Irizarry holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Joel is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Southern University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. In addition to their formal education, Joel has obtained certifications in various areas, including AI, generative AI, project management, and agile methodologies.
