Tiffany Hefley

Tiffany Hefley is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Director of Community Supports at ICM Independent Case Management, where responsibilities include compliance with State and Federal Medicaid Guidelines. Prior to this role, Tiffany was the Assistant Program Director at Spherion, managing operations for a pandemic relief program, and served as Care Coordinator Supervisor at Summit Community Care, where Tiffany contributed to the establishment of a new Managed Care Company. Tiffany also co-owned Black Hole Research LLC, overseeing project operations, and began working in the non-profit field at Friendship Community Care, Inc., where managerial responsibilities encompassed the oversight of over 90 staff members. Tiffany’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Arkansas Tech University.
