Sovan Lenka possesses extensive experience in the fields of industrial relations and human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager-IR & HR at Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd since June 2016. Prior roles include Assistant Manager-IR & Welfare Officer at IDL EXPLOSIVE LTD within the Hinduja Group from October 2013 to May 2016, and Senior Officer HR & Administration at VISAKA INDUSTRIES LTD in 2012-2013.
