Taylor Hughes

Taylor Hughes serves as the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff at Indy Chamber since August 2018, where responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, operational leadership, and advising the President & CEO, Executive Leadership team, and Board leadership. Previously, Taylor held roles such as Vice President of Policy & Strategy, Director of Strategy, Policy, & Special Projects, and Manager of Policy & Civic Engagement at the Indy Chamber, focusing on policy development, economic growth, and community engagement. Prior experience includes managing grants and public policy at United Way of Central Indiana and completing internships at Somali First and the American Enterprise Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Taylor University.
