Joel Franklin

Joel Franklin is an experienced project leader with a robust background in delivering high-impact releases, currently serving as Portfolio Manager III and Project Manager III at InEight since September 2020. Previously, Joel held various roles at Election Systems & Software from August 2010 to September 2020, including Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed program planning, metrics, and reporting. Joel's earlier career includes positions as Customer Service Manager at The Home Depot and Special Services Associate in the United States Marine Corps, where service included two combat tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
