Samantha Boswell has over two decades of experience in customer care and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Care Operations at Gas South since June 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha held various leadership positions at Infinite Energy, including Director of Operations and Director of Customer Care, where notable achievements included creating a knowledge base for customer teams, enhancing data integrity, and driving customer experience improvements that achieved a remarkable 4.9 Google rating. Samantha also has a background in education, having taught English at the Richardson Independent School District and Levy County School District.
