As Chief Financial Officer, Kulesh orchestrates the planning, optimization, and execution of Infogain’s global finance organization. He is responsible for profitability, finance support for growth, acquisition, driving simplification, process automation, and building a best-in-class finance team.

Kulesh’s 18 years of experience includes leading the finance function at Mahindra Satyam for operations across Asia-Pacific and at Wipro, where he was Finance Head for Cloud and Infrastructure Services. Across his various roles, Kulesh deepened his knowledge of the technology industry and global operations of multi-billion-dollar organizations, delivering operational excellence, increased profitability, and corporate efficiency.

Kulesh is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a graduate in Commerce. Kulesh has been awarded Best CFO by Finance Monthly and CORE Media. Kulesh works with an organization providing education to underprivileged children.
