Annie Koontz

Annie Koontz currently serves as the Director of Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance at New Alternatives For Children, a position held since January 2018, and also works as a Clinical Quality Expert/Consultant for Informd since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Annie held key positions at New Alternatives for Children, Inc., including EHR Director and Electronic Health Record Systems Coordinator from May 2014 to April 2022, and served as Program Director for Bridges to Health at SCO Family of Services from March 2007 to May 2014. Earlier experience includes roles as a Service Coordinator with the State of Nevada Mental Health, Case Manager at The Children's Cabinet, and Parenting Coordinator with Advocates to End. Annie holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
