John Fitzgerald serves as the Non Executive Chairman of Infranexus Management Pty Ltd and has held various leadership roles in public and private sector infrastructure organizations, including Chairman of the Suburban Land Agency and Evolution Rail Pty Ltd, and Non Executive Director at Infrastructure Australia and the Victorian Funds Management Corporation. Fitzgerald has significant experience in audit, risk, and compliance matters, having chaired several committees. Educationally, Fitzgerald holds a Master’s degree in Infrastructure and a Master of Public Infrastructure (Research) from the University of Melbourne, further highlighting expertise in the infrastructure sector.
