Dr Richa Bagga

Dr Richa Bagga, PMP has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Trainee at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital, where they contributed to optimizing efficiency in the endoscopy department and reducing waiting times.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked at ZS as an Associate on client teams, conducting business research, providing strategic insights, and delivering projects in areas such as opportunity assessment, competitive intelligence, and market mapping. Dr Richa also played a role in coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding new team members.

At ZS, from 2020 to 2022, Dr. Bagga served as an Associate Consultant, working on projects related to real-world evidence, patient level data, and integrated evidence. Dr Richa led teams in RWE strategy and advisory, RWD and PLD knowledge management, and demonstrated expertise in various areas, including pragmatic clinical trials and privacy-enhancing techniques.

In 2022, Dr. Bagga joined The Dental Cafe as a Senior Project Coordinator, successfully managing the opening of three new clinics across the Delhi/NCR region. Dr Richa also led the transition from paper files to digital files and implemented new CRM software. Dr Richa'sstrong stakeholder management skills and project management capabilities ensured the project was completed on time and within budget.

Currently, Dr. Bagga is working as a Business Analyst, Rx Returns at Inmar Intelligence since 2023.

Dr. Richa Bagga, PMP has a diverse education background, with a focus on strategic innovation, business analytics, digital marketing, and healthcare administration. Dr Richa completed an Executive Management Program at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Hospital and Health Administration from IIHMR University between 2015 and 2017. Dr. Bagga also holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, completed between 2009 and 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dr. Bagga has obtained several certifications related to their professional growth and skill development. Dr Richa achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2022. Dr Richa also holds certifications in Clinical Data Management and Good Clinical Practice from Udemy, obtained in September 2022. Other certifications include Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certificate from OpEx Learning in July 2022, and Confluence Fundamentals Badge and Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in June 2022.

Furthermore, Dr. Bagga has completed an Educational Credential Assessment from World Education Services in September 2020, which recognized their five years of professional study in dentistry and postgraduate diploma. Dr Richa also achieved an overall band score of 8.5 in the IELTS General Training examination conducted by the British Council in December 2019.
