Ryan Mitchell

Ryan Mitchell has a strong background in molecular biology and research. Ryan currently works as the Molecular Biology Platform Lead at InnerPlant starting from April 2022. Previously, Ryan worked at Evolve BioSystems, Inc. from October 2017 to April 2022, where they held roles including Senior Scientist and Manager, Scientist in Molecular Biology, and Senior Research Associate. Before that, they worked at Synthetic Genomics from November 2013 to September 2017 as a Research Associate II and Research Associate. Ryan also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Environmental Biotechnology Institute, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo from January 2012 to September 2012. In addition, Ryan worked as a Genetic Systems Intern at Life Technologies in 2010, and completed an internship at The Scripps Research Institute in 2009.

Ryan Mitchell attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences.
