Stefan Häseli has been working in the energy industry since 1995. From 1995 to 1999, they were a Project Manager at AREVA T&D. Stefan then moved to ALSTOM T&D Ltd, where they held two Project Manager positions from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they returned to AREVA T&D, where they held the roles of Global Component Supply Manager, China, Sourcing Manager, and Purchasing Project Engineer until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Product Manager at Alstom Grid, and from 2014 to 2019, they were a Senior Program Manager at GE Grid Solutions. In 2019, they became the Product Director at INNOLITH, where their role includes analyzing battery application markets and customer requirements, defining product requirement specifications for Li-ion battery cells, and elaborating a roadmap for product development and industrialization to the point of serial production.
Stefan Häseli completed a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at FHBW between 1992 and 1995, majoring in Industrial Engineering. Stefan then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at FHBB between 2003 and 2004, majoring in Business Engineering Management. In 2009, Stefan attended Harvard Business School, but did not complete a degree. Stefan also attended McGill University, but did not complete a degree.
