Shawn Conniff

Shawn Conniff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military leadership and program management. Currently, Shawn serves as the Sr Program Manager at Innoveering, LLC since October 2022. Prior to that role, Shawn was a Transitioning Naval Officer at Aerospace from May 2022 to October 2022 and held the position of Executive Officer at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE (VX-1) from December 2018 to May 2022. With a career spanning over two decades in the US Navy, which included service as a Helicopter Pilot and various leadership roles such as SIXTH FLEET Safety Officer and Joint Combined Exercise Division Lead, Shawn possesses a strong background in operations and safety management. Shawn also contributed to motorcycle safety as a Rider Coach for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation from 2004 to 2017. Educated at the USAF Air Command and Staff College with a Master of Arts degree and the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Shawn brings a solid academic foundation to professional endeavors.
