Henry Hofmann

Henry Hofmann currently serves as Senior Vice President of R&D at BASE life science, a position held since September 2023. Since July 2013, Henry has also been the Managing Director at Inovigate (Schweiz), providing strategic advisory services for the Life Science industry. Previous experience includes roles as Member of the Life Science Advisory Board at NNIT from April 2017 to December 2019, and various positions at IBM Global Business Services from January 2003 to June 2013, including Business Development Executive and Senior Managing Consultant. Prior to that, Henry worked as Sales Manager at Hewlett-Packard from 1999 to 2002, where responsibilities included sales management for large industrial manufacturing accounts. Henry’s earlier career includes a position as Account Manager at BriteVoice in 1997-1998. Educational credentials include an Executive Education degree in Corporate Strategy from INSEAD, an MBA in Business Administration from Henley Business School, and a Dipl.-Ing. in Communications from Bundeswehr University Munich.
