Kristin Lindsay has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate law and general counsel roles. Kristin most recently worked at INRIX as the General Counsel, starting in August 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Interim General Counsel and the Associate General Counsel at the same company.
Before INRIX, Kristin worked at HTC as the Director of Legal Affairs from April 2016 to May 2017. Kristin also held the positions of Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at HTC from October 2014 to April 2016, and from July 2013 to October 2014, respectively.
Kristin's career also includes working at Intermec Technologies as the Senior Corporate Counsel from December 2012 to July 2013, and as a Consulting Attorney from January 2009 to December 2012.
Kristin founded their own law firm, K. Lindsay Law PLLC, in May 2008, where they served as the Managing Member until December 2012. Prior to starting their firm, they worked at Motricity as an Assistant General Counsel from February 2008 to May 2008.
Kristin began their career as a Senior Corporate Counsel at InfoSpace, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Kristin also worked as a Corporate Attorney at Elektrobit from February 2003 to September 2003.
Before specializing in corporate law, they gained experience in government affairs at US Cellular as a Government Affairs Associate from 1997 to 1999. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Contracts/Legal Services at AT&T Broadband from 2000 to 2003.
Kristin Lindsay has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota. Kristin then attended Georgetown University Law Center and obtained a J.D. degree. Additionally, Kristin studied Economics and Music History at IES Abroad.
