Igor Tsoy is an experienced professional in business development and project management, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer at Insight Solutions LLC since April 2016. Prior to this role, Igor Tsoy worked at Mars Solutions Ltd. from August 2009 to March 2016, where responsibilities included coordinating IT and Telecom projects as a Project Manager and preparing technical documentation as a Technical Writer. Igor Tsoy began their career as a Leading Specialist at Universal Aloqa Qurilish from April 2008 to July 2009. Igor Tsoy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Technology/Technician from Tashkent University of Informational Technology, completed in 2009.
