Marc Meyer (he-him) has over 25 years of experience in software quality assurance engineering. Marc started their career in 1994 as a Software Test Engineer at Maxis, where they lead the test team of SimCity3000 and tested dozens of other Maxis and EA titles. In 1999, they began working at Westaff as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and concurrently at Globalware Solutions as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they tested an online store platform and built test tools in Perl-CGI. In 2006, they became a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at BBH Media, where they tested a custom web CRM system and integrated systems, trained testers to find, isolate, reproduce and document bugs, and wrote and executed test plans. In 2009, they moved to AngelPoints as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they ran the quality and testing efforts for a small company with very large customers, built tests in Java, JUnit, and Selenium, and tested for WCAG Compliance. In 2012, they joined Constant Contact as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they lead the test efforts on a full-stack application that integrated in-house applications with external social media applications. In 2016, they became an Engineer at OneMarket, where they built the continuous integration test automation for a complete rebuild of the Store Hours API service and transitioned to test and maintain 17 Rails legacy services. Finally, in 2018, they joined Protingent as a QA Automation Engineer, and in 2019, they became a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at InsightRX.
Marc Meyer graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
