Maribel Aleman, MBA, PCC has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Maribel is currently the Co-Founder of Group Coaching HQ, a role they started in February 2021. Prior to this, Maribel worked at Aleman & Associates since 2004 as an Executive & Leadership Coach.

In 2019, they joined Chief where they served as a Guide in the CORE Group, focusing on driving women into positions of power and supporting their success. Maribel also worked as a Faculty member at Rutgers University in the Office of Continuing Professional Education starting in January 2018.

Before that, they were an HR Consultant at Inspire Human Resources, starting in January 2016, where they provided executive coaching, training, and organizational development consulting.

Maribel's earlier experiences include being a Faculty Member at the American Management Association since 2005, and working at A+E Networks from 2000 to 2004, initially as a Director of Employee Relations and later as an Internal Consultant for Organizational Development and Learning.

Maribel began their career at Time Out New York in 1995 as the Director of HR, where they built the HR department and implemented employment and personnel policies for the company's launch.

Maribel's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in executive coaching, leadership, organizational development, and human resources.

Maribel Aleman, MBA, PCC has a diverse education history that spans across several prestigious institutions. In 1993, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from New York University. Following that, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued an MBA degree in Organizational Development from Rutgers University - Newark. In 2017, Maribel attended a program at Harvard Business School called HBX Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen.

In addition to their formal degrees, Maribel has obtained several certifications in various fields. Maribel completed the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution program at Harvard Law School in December 2022. In September 2020, they became a certified Team Coaching Foundations Coach through the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) - Global Team Coaching Institute. In 2014, Maribel obtained the Strengthscope certification from Strengthscope (U.S. Team).

Furthermore, Maribel has pursued additional certifications that include the GISC Coaching Certification from the Gestalt International Study Center, the HOGAN certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, the Leadership 360 PDI Ninth House certification from Korn Ferry Products, and the MBTI, TKI, FIRO-B certifications from CPP, Inc. Maribel has also received certification in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and holds the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation from the International Coach Federation. Maribel has also completed the Situational Leadership II program offered by The Ken Blanchard Companies.
