Matt Vecchioni

Matt Vecchioni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt is currently working at Inspire11 as a Principal, responsible for strategic consulting and digital transformation projects. Prior to that, they served as the Offshore Market Lead, Balkans at Inspire11. Matt also worked as a Consultant at Inspire11, where they collaborated with technology leaders to execute digital, analytics, and technology initiatives.

Before joining Inspire11, Matt was a Senior Associate, Management Consulting at KPMG, where they contributed to management consulting projects. Matt also gained valuable experience at Siemens Wind Power, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Business Improvement; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Candidate, Business Improvement; and Lean Process Coordinator, Business Improvement.

Matt started their career at Mazda Motor Europe, where they focused on product training and vehicle launch. Overall, Matt has a strong background in consulting, project management, process improvement, and product training.

Matt Vecchioni obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Film Studies, German from Michigan State University in 2011. In 2009, they studied at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung, focusing on BWL. Additionally, they hold certifications in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2017, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from DeltaPlus3, obtained in 2014.
