Suja Pillai has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Suja started their career as a Claims Consultant at RACV in 1997 before moving on to become a Superannuation Administrator at AXA from 1999 to 2003. In 2007, they joined MYOB, where they held various roles including Technical Support Representative, Social Support Representative (promoted to Deputy Community Manager), and Social Support, eServices, and Online Community Manager. Their responsibilities at MYOB involved providing customer and technical support, managing a multifunctional team, driving continuous improvement in performance and client satisfaction, and overseeing the utilization and strategic goals of the Community Forum. From 2021 to 2022, Suja worked as a Customer Support Manager at CoinJar. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Support Manager at InstantScripts starting in 2022.
Suja Pillai obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Bangalore University between 1992 and 1995.
