Linda Hiebert

Linda Hiebert is a seasoned professional in the fields of education and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Development Impact since August 2023, and as a Project Consultant for Strategic Planning since April 2022, Linda Hiebert specializes in research and recommendations for non-profit government contracts. Previous roles include Senior Adviser for the Global Book Alliance at USAID/Dexis from May 2017 to July 2020, and Senior Director of Education and Life Skills Development at World Vision from August 2002 to April 2017, where leadership efforts focused on early grade reading initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College.
