Angela Mogensen Sphr

Angela Mogensen has over two decades of experience in various HR roles. Angela currently serves as the Senior Regional HR Director at Integral Senior Living, where they oversee HR for multiple communities and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Josephine Caring Community, where they maintained compliance for a staff of 300+ across three sectors. Earlier in their career, Angela held positions at Community Health Center of Snohomish County and Diversified Industrial Services, where they gained expertise in HR and office management. Angela also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rio Industries, where they managed administration, HR, and marketing. Angela's extensive experience demonstrates their ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and deliver strong results.

Angela Mogensen SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International/Global Studies from Ducere Global Business School in 2023. Angela also holds a degree in Human Resources/Business Management from Columbia College and studied Business Administration at Edmonds College. Additionally, Angela has several certifications including InBound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in 2017, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015, and Ergonomic Specialist from Washington State DOL in 2012. Angela also obtained dual citizenship in the United States and Portugal in 2010. Angela holds the SPHR and PHR certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, earned in 2008 and 2006 respectively.
