Ian Andolsek

Ian Andolsek has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ian co-founded Integrated Reality Labs (IRL Inc.) as a Co-Founding Co-CEO, where they focused on building integrated reality tools and games using their patent-pending Integrated Reality Technology Platform. Before that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Session 1, providing product management and growth consulting services.

Ian also has experience in the technology and startup sectors. Ian served as the Co-Founding Chief Operating Officer and later as the Vice President of Operations at MyClimb, where they contributed to the development and operations of the company. Ian was also the Lead Product Manager at Stuzo, where they managed product design for a commerce-enabled mobile application and developed product support processes for the company.

In addition, Ian co-founded and acted as the Chief Product Officer at PurposeWorks, a team workspace company providing project management and collaboration solutions. Ian participated in the development of various digital products during their tenure, including a campus life app and a collaborative email client. Ian also co-founded ButAlso Productions, a video production company focused on visual marketing.

Furthermore, Ian worked as an Implementation Consultant at Wellspring IOT, where they provided consulting services for smart metering solutions. Ian was also a Product Manager at FluxWater, LLC, responsible for developing product and go-to-market strategies and managing the design process.

Ian's early career includes experiences in the healthcare and education sectors. Ian served as the Student Body President at Haverford College and co-founded the Haverford Innovation Program (HIP), which became the first and only venture accelerator at the college. Ian also acted as the Founding Director of the Music & Arts House at Haverford College. Prior to these roles, Ian worked as a Clinical Ethics Consultation Assistant at Maine Medical Center, where they co-designed a summer research program and streamlined end-of-life policies.
