Matt C. Innes

Serving as In-house Counsel for IES, Matt Innes oversees strategic legal initiatives and is involved in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts with physician groups. Prior to IES, Innes worked as corporate counsel for Questcare Medical Services and as an attorney with Modjarrad & Abusaad Law Firm, where he was in charge of a 100+ civil litigation caseload. Innes served in the U.S. Air Force as crew commander and lead officer for the testing and evaluation of a $480 million upgrade to the first dual-mission missile defense and space surveillance radar. He earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies from American University and a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech School of Law.
