Pawan Pratap Singh joined Intelegencia in April 2020 and heads the Customer Service Operations in Philippines & India

He comes with a diverse background spanning 18 years of experience in the BPO sector. His operations leadership roles with Fortune 1000 companies include handling large accounts of up to 700 FTE distributed across Tech, high end Tech, Sales, Telecom, Banking & Insurance domains. His forte lies in Back Office and Customer Service handling Voice, Email, Chat and Outbound campaign operations that also includes Tier 1 to Tier 3 Level support. Pawan holds a Six Sigma Green Belt for successfully implementing an AHT Reduction Initiative with realized savings of 5 million USD (annualized) for a leading Tech giant. He has extensive experience in Pilot program launches, Pre Launch & post launch and BOT models.

Prior to joining Intelegencia, he worked for global BPO enterprises such as Convergys (now Concentrix), FIS and WNS. His last role was General Manager, Operations where he lead a team of Voice & Non Voice professionals for a leading Insurance giant in Australia.

He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in IT & HR. He has attended various trainings including a Dale Carnegie Workshop on Leadership, Situational Leadership II, Emotional Intelligence workshop, Financial Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, Customer Service and ITES Trainings.
