David Oken

David Oken started their career as an intern at the National Football League in 2009. David then worked as a Graduate Researcher at the McNair Scholars Program at USD, where they focused on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In 2018, David joined Vaco, a recruitment agency, where they held several roles, including Technical Sourcer/Recruiter, Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate Director of Client Engagement. David received the President's Club award as the Director of Client Services in Los Angeles for Vaco. In 2021, David joined Inter-Con Security as Vice President of Corporate Talent and later advanced to the roles of Senior Vice President of Global Talent Strategy and Executive Vice President of Global Talent. In these positions, they were responsible for talent acquisition, scheduling/workforce management, and rebuilding the corporate talent acquisition function.

David Oken earned a Magna Cum Laude, BA degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of San Diego.
