Whitney Woodruff

Whitney Woodruff has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Whitney is currently serving as the Director of Talent Success at Interapt, where they provide leadership and oversight to Interapt Skills talent engaged with partners. Whitney also leads process improvement initiatives and fosters a proactive talent leadership culture. Prior to this, Whitney was the Lead Technical Risk Analyst at Ernst & Young (EY), where they led a team of junior IT professionals and facilitated training in risk analysis and data management. Whitney has also worked at Zaxby's Franchising LLC as a Contract Manager, managing the contract review and negotiation process, and as a Risk Services Specialist. Whitney's experience in risk assurance and internal audit comes from their time at PwC as a Risk Assurance - Internal Audit Associate. Whitney began their career at Ent Credit Union, where they held the positions of Senior Auditor and Staff Auditor, demonstrating exceptional project management skills and applying data analysis techniques.

Whitney Woodruff completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management and Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from The University of Georgia from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Whitney obtained a certification in "The Ultimate MySQL Bootcamp: Go From SQL Beginner to Expert" from Udemy in March 2022.
