Dulce D. has several years of work experience in customer support and data support. Dulce began their career at Somerville Public Schools as a Marketing & Communications Assistant in 2014. In 2015, they joined HubSpot as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and later transitioned to roles such as Principal Coach and Remote Support Team Lead. Dulce worked at HubSpot until 2022 when they joined Intercom as a Customer Support Manager. Prior to their time at HubSpot, Dulce also worked as a Data Support Specialist at the Massachusetts Healthy Family Evaluation Project from 2012 to 2015.
Dulce D. attended Waukegan High School from 2007 to 2011. Dulce then went on to pursue higher education at Tufts University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology & Communications/Media Studies from 2011 to 2015.
