Armando Rojas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international development and agriculture operations management. Since February 2019, Armando has held multiple roles at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), progressing from Business Development Associate to Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Agriculture Site Monitor at the U.S. Embassy Kinshasa, where agricultural operations were overseen at Camp Bahuma in Kisangani, DRC, and as Office and Finance Manager at the Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture, where financial systems were developed and maintained. Armando has also worked as an Intelligence Analyst at FrontierMEDEX and has past internships with Chemonics International and LeTourneau Technologies. Armando holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Houston.
