Lavinia Pletosu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy and research within international organizations. Currently serving as Project Manager for EU Advocacy and Research at the International Crisis Group since January 2015, Lavinia has also held roles as Senior Project Officer and Project Officer at the same organization, as well as Assistant to the President. Previous roles include contributing to Oxfam-Solidariteit, the Committee of the Regions, Human Rights Watch, and teaching at the Multiculture Museum. Lavinia has a strong educational background with multiple degrees from the University of Geneva, including a Master's in Asian Studies and a Master's in European Studies, complemented by an exchange program at Yonsei University.
