Louise Bross

Louise Bross is a highly experienced professional in the field of food science and product development, currently serving as a Senior Application Scientist at IFF since September 2023. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of Senior Product Designer at Tastepoint by IFF from November 2018 to September 2023 and worked as Product Development & Innovation Manager and Senior Product Development Scientist at Zentis from August 2016 to October 2018. Louise's career began at General Mills, where responsibilities included Quality & Regulatory Product Manager and Senior Product Developer from May 2006 to January 2016.
