Min Zhao

Min Zhao is a highly experienced researcher in the field of chemistry, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at International Flavors & Fragrances since October 2021, focusing on the formulation and delivery of scent. Previously, Min Zhao held the position of Principal Investigator at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences, specializing in personal care formulation and delivery technology for enzymes and microorganisms. Min Zhao has also contributed significantly to the Controlled Release Society as Past Chair and has held various research and technical leadership roles at prominent companies including The Dow Chemical Company and Hewlett-Packard. Min Zhao's academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from Northwestern University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China.
