Morten Hyldgaard is a Senior Scientist at International Flavors & Fragrances since March 2015, specializing in food microbiology, fermentation, challenge studies, and antimicrobial screening, along with project management and product development. Prior to this role, Morten completed an Industrial PhD in Nanoscience at DuPont Nutrition Biosciences ApS, focusing on the mechanisms of natural antimicrobial compounds in food applications, and contributed as a research assistant. Morten holds a Ph.D. in Nanoscience and has a strong academic background with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology and Nanoscience, respectively, all obtained from Aarhus University. Education includes a foundational period at Grindsted, alongside studies at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
