Edmond E. Suluku

Director, People And Operations In Emergencies at International Rescue Committee

Edmond E. Suluku has extensive experience in emergency operations and logistics, currently serving as the Director of People and Operations in Emergencies at the International Rescue Committee since May 2012. In this role, Edmond leads critical operational functions such as supply chain management, human resources, security, and deployment support. Prior to this, Edmond held various positions within the IRC, including Associate Director of the Emergency Unit, Deputy Field Director for the Emergency Response Team, and Senior Supply Chain Manager. Edmond's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Operations Research from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sierra Leone, Fourah Bay College.
